As we approach the end of the year, we find ourselves in a moment worth pausing to recognize and celebrate.
If you've been part of the All Souls community for a while, you may remember that we have faced recurring questions about our long-term financial sustainability. Thanks to the generous support of this community and the thoughtful stewardship of our staff and Elders, we are grateful to share that we are now operating with a balanced budget and have established a modest reserve to help us navigate the unexpected.
From this place of greater stability, we feel a renewed freedom to Imagine. To Listen. To Wonder.
What does All Souls offer that our world so deeply needs? Where is the Spirit calling us? What are we uniquely equipped to do, and what might become possible when we do it together?
Beginning today and continuing through the end of the year, we invite you to wonder alongside us—and to give in support of both the work we are doing today and the possibilities that lie ahead.
Our annual budget includes an expectation of approximately $50,000 in year-end, one-time gifts, representing about 20% of our overall operating budget. These gifts play an essential role in sustaining the life and work of All Souls.
